Most challenging workout yet, next to the very first Cathe one, for me, from here on out I think there'll always be a new focus; endurance, speed (thanks, Stace), core-centric, intensity, impact, skills & drills....

Last week starts today!
The only major changes to this rotation, swapping out for Imax 2, apparently not ready for that yet, maybe in the dead of winter.... And, putting planks and supermans after biceps, before abs on Back, Bicep, & abs day, works out better this way, Back-Biceps-Supermans-Planks-Abs. Really like the pace of this rotation over all, nice change. Linda |
