Default Rotation Suggestion for Cathe

Hi Cathe...SO excited about the new workouts! My 48/yr old body thanks you too!

I find myself (at least 1x per year) going back to your amazing story of losing your baby weight... i know it was what inspired your Body Blast Series.

My hope is that you'll consider doing a rotation using current DVDs (got'em all so give it to me girl!) that would closely mimick that type of "Baby Fat" rotation...

Now I am far from child bearing years but its truly is an amazing rotation I just am having a hard time creating my own with newer DVDs. I believe this is how you worded it in your article

1 Weights & Cardio Circuit
1 High Intensity Cardio with Low Intensity Cardio Circuits
1 Weights & High Intensity Cardio with Low Intensity Cardio Circuits
1 All Weights High Reps Moderate Load
1 All Weights Mixed Load in Pyramid Style
Add in 2 Core sessions each week @ 20 minutes each
