Hi everyone! Was wondering if you could give me advice. I am new to strength training. My history is that 2 1/2 yrs ago while using the firm tapes and weight watchers I was able to tone up and lose 20 lbs. However I have had some back problems and have been told only LOW impact which I know does not usually give me the aerobic level I need to keep the fat off. I have since gained back 7 lbs and by belly has developed several "rolls". If I list the tapes I own I would love some ideas to help me firm up my belly/butt and get definition. Thanx in advance:eek: Did I mention I would like improvements by July???!!

ABs hits
CTX
MIS
Power Hour
Used to have circuit max but my back was killing me after doing it so I don't do it anymore

Firm tapes:
tough aerobic mix
tough tape 2
complete aerobic weight training
Low impact aerobis (janet jones)
cross trainers firm cardio (heidi tanner)
standing legs
cardio sculpt (new ones)

other:
winsor pilates
karen voight burn and firm (not too challenging though)

appreciate all your expert advice!!!
