Monday - PLB
Tuesday - Treadmill
Wednesday - PUB
Thursday - Cardio Kicks
Friday - Treadmill
Saturday - Bootcamp

I am trying to lose weight and tone up. I hear that people have had good success with the PLB and PUB.

Hi! Looks good! I would recommend making one or both of your Treadmill workouts an interval treadmill workout ie. walk-run. Cathe has a Treadmill workout, maybe someone has the link.
