Hi All!
I'm getting married in 8 months, and while I've worked out consistently for nearly ten years, I've felt some weight creep back on over the past few and I think getting engaged is a great reason to get it OFF! In addition to making diet changes, I really want a TOUGH routine to help me melt away some lbs.
I have nearly all DVDs Cathe has ever made, except for STS, and I also run.
There are tons of rotations....but not sure which fits the bill?
