I've just started the Dec '10 rotation yesterday (after having the new DVDs for a while but not having done them because I was in the middle of STS Meso 1 + 2) and I have no idea how I'm going to do Lower Body Blast tomorrow when my butt and legs were killing me this morning when I woke up and then after having done Intensity... well I'm fried!! LOL! Fried in a good way, but I'm thinking that tomorrow isn't going to be a good day for LBB because I won't be recovered. May have to tinker with something here. Off to search around the forums to see if I'm the only one that feels like this on only Day 2! EEK!
