Default Ok don't know what to buy next=}

So I had a baby 4 m ago. I bought all of cathe beginner DVDs, step and 3,5,10lbs dumbbells, ball and stretch bands. Time has definitely been an issue with two lo. But I seem to most enjoy cardio fusion. I get a really good sweat n I get some strength training all in one! I can't commit to training separate body parts yet because I worry I couldn't get to consistantly yet. Anyone have a good DVD recommendation that could be a one in all DVD to get rid of the baby weight???

Cardio and Weights is a great circuit workout that is probably a good next step after Cathe's beginner DVD's. Low Impact Circuit is also a lot of fun, and not as killer as some of Cathe's other circuit workouts. When you're ready for advanced butt-kicking, I recommend Drill Max, High Step Challenge, and the original Boot Camp from the Intensity series. Btw, I don't have a high step, but High Step Challenge is still a challenge!

Congrats on your new baby!

I have 2 suggestions:

4DS or CTX. If you don't mind purchasing a set, Body Blast series is excellent as well.

All 3 will give you a full body weight workout (with premixes too) and a variety of cardio workouts.

I second Cardio & Weights and Low Impact Circut! I love CTX and 4 Day Split (great for time concerns) but I found C&W and LIC easier to follow along at first.
