New rotation, no name.

I don't know if there is a similar rotation around like this.But this rotation is what I plan on following for the next 6 weeks or more. I recently went away and I didn't have any use of weights for the last 3 weeks.Now that I am back I am determined to get my defintion back and more.I also have a wedding to stand for in 5 weeks where I will be wearing a sleeveless dress.:eek:
Mon- PUB/Cardio
Tues-CArdio
Wed- ME/Run
Thurs-IMAX 2
Fri- PLB
Sat- Cardio
Sun- OFF
Follow for 2-3 weeks
Mon-S&H BIC/ Cardio
Tues-Cardio
WEd- PH/ Cardio
Thurs-Cardio
Fri- S&H Ches,bac/Cardio
Sat-S&H Legs, Shoulders
Sun-Cardio or off.
Follow this for 2-3 weeks also.
After I have done this, I am going start using the pure strength series in there but I haven't got around to sitting down and writing that up.
I am going to try and do ATLEAST 45 min of cardio each time.May even be longer.I may put an extra upper body workout in there somewhere so that I can get the results of TTR.
