This is my first submission….so here goes.
Week one
1. Run (40-60min) STS Total Body premix upper body 24min
2. Hiit 30/30
3. Run (40-60min) 4day split shoulder and calves 30min
4. Rest/ yoga/light walking
5. Run (40-60min)
6. STS Meso 3 wk1 plyo legs 46min
7. Rest

Week two
1. Run (40-60min) 4 day split chest/back 30 min
2. STS Meso 3 wk 2 plyo legs 50min
3. Run (40-60min) STS Total Body Super sets 12 min (upper body)
4. Rest/ yoga/light walking
5. Run (40-60min)
6. Cardio Core Circuit 51min
7. Rest

Week three
1. Run (40-60min) STS Total Body premix upper body 24min
2. Hiit Double Wave
3. Run (40-60min)STS Total Body premix lower body 23min
4. Rest/ yoga/light walking
5. Run (40-60min)
6. HSC timesaver premix
7. Rest

Week four (no weights week)
1. Run (40-60min)
2. Hiit 30/30
3. Run (40-60min)
4. Rest/ yoga/light walking
5. Run (40-60min)
6. Hiit 40/20
7. Rest
Feel free to sub the cardio of your choice instead of running….I also add ab work three days a week….just pick any Cathe DVD with at least 10 min of ab work
 
Impressive. My knees couldnt take the first two days let alone all the rest. I envy those who can run and do plyo in the same week!
