I decided to try my hand at creating my own rotation. It's a 4 day split combining both heavy and light weights and cardio. Hope you like it

Glad you like it Jenni! Can you share your results when you're done? Putting a rotation together was a lot harder than I thought! Kudos to Cathe and FitnessFreak for all their hard work!
