does anyone know where I can find this rotation?

I would like to see what it is all about but can't seem to find it.

It sounds like a trite answer but as long as your body allows. You will probably have tremendous strength & definition gains for a few weeks & then your body will plateau. Also you will FEEL when it's time for a change. You'll get bored or your body will tell you to change.
