Hi everyone. I log my workouts in the workout manager and decided to try the INSANITY workout program. How many mets would everyone say each workout is? I know HIIT Pyramid is 10.. I tried one of the INSANITY workouts and it was harder then HIIT Pyramid so I was thinking maybe 11? What does everyone think?

In the "workout manager" they intensity of the workouts are measured in "mets". Fpr example it gives HiiT Pyramid workout 10 mets, Rythmic Step 7 mets, MMA Boxing is 7.5 mets. So I'm just wondering how many "mets" I should give the INSANITY workouts.
