Hi-
I have several Cathe dvds and would like to create a rotation. I will list what I have to get ideas, but I would like general ideas of the best way to arrange my workouts rather that "just what I'm in the mood for that day". Here is what I have: HiiT Drill Max Body Max 2 Step Blast/Step Jump Pump Hardcore Extreme Muscle Max Muscle Endurance (Fit TV) Rhythmic Step/Maximum Intensity Cardio/Interval Max Imax 2/Cardio & Weights 4 Day Split Core Max Legs and Glutes (Fit TV) Kick Punch Crunch (Fit TV) Non Cathe DVDs: The Firm: Express Cardio (30 min) The Firm: Express Body Sculpting (30 min. w/ med. wts.) The Firm: Total Muscle Shaping (45 min w/ med. wts.) The Firm: Complete Body Sculpting (45 min w/ med. wts.) The Firm: Hips, Thighs and Abs (30 min.) Urban Rebounding: beg-30 min, interm.- 45, adv.-45, abs Cardio Pilates AM and PM Pilates Hip Hop workout (Fit TV) Gilad Body Sculpt (Fit TV, 2- 30 min and 1- 50 min All the non Cathe workouts are much easier, except maybe the interm. rebounding. I am almost 6 months postpartum and did Hiit 30/30 for the first time on Wed and it was the hardest workout I've every done. I have been modifying a lot, less jumping, less weight. I've already lost over 60 pounds from pregnancy ( I always gain a lot) but have a ways to go. I would love some thoughts on how to create a rotation from these and just in general about how to create one, how to put them together. I'm going to put it into Workout Manager. Thanks!
