how about a lean legs/toned tricep...

hello...has anyone had results using a rotation for toning triceps and leaning out their but.saddlebags.thighs? def. need help in those areas!

There may or may not a rotation like this, but I can say that the LIS rotation has had a lot of people telling me that it's really helped them to lean out there lower body.

I do like the idea of a "lean and toned legs and tri" - and before anyone corrects me, yes, I *know* that there is no such thing as a "toned" muscle but it's a nice, pretty word and it conjurs up images of pretty legs. and pretty legs motivate me to work out thorugh abcessed teeth and so on and so forth! so there. :p hehe.
