Default Help With Strength Rotation

I am relatively new to Cathe workouts and am not sure how to put together a good rotation with the workouts I currently own.

Here is what I have:
-Muscle Max
-Gym Style Legs
-Gym Style Back, Shoulders, Biceps
-Gym Style Chest and Triceps
-Butts and Guts
-Pyramid Upper and Lower Body
-Supersets/Push-Pull
-Ab Hits
-Drill Max

Not sure how to space these out. I noticed there were lots of rotations using Gym Style or Pyramid as splits, but then not sure how or where to fit in total body workouts like Muscle Max and Supersets/Push-Pull. I just recently bought those workouts so I have not done them yet and not sure if I will be doing too much if I do an upper body workout one day and then a total body workout the next day. If anyone can help me come up with a rotation or point me to an existing rotation that uses those workouts it would help a lot!!

You have to decide what you want to do, if you want to build muscle, you'd do Gym Style. If you want to tone down and tighten up, you'd mix total body with circuit workouts.

So for instance if you were to go with building, you'd do something like this:

Day 1 - GS Chest and Tri's
Day 2 - Cardio
Day 3 - GS Back, Shoulders, Bi's
Day 4 - Cardio
Day 5 - GS Legs
Day 6 - Cardio
Day 7 - Rest

If you want to tighten/tone up and not build, you'd do something like this:

Day 1 - Muscle Max
Day 2 - Cardio
Day 3 - Drill Max
Day 4 - Cardio
Day 5 - Supersets or Push/Pull
Day 6 - Cardio
Day 7 - Rest

or...

Day 1 - Pyramid upper
Day 2 - Cardio
Day 3 - Drill Max
Day 4 - Cardio
Day 5 - Pyramid Lower
Day 6 - Cardio
Day 7 - Rest

Ad ab work in at least once if not twice a week giving yourself 48 hours rest between ab workouts.

Great info, thanks! Just a quick question about abs. I don't have all these videos yet, but I'm assuming abs are part of the strength training videos. Do we do an additional abs video on top of that or do we just stick with what is included? Or do we do a separate abs video on a strength training day. I hope this question makes sense!

Thanks for the rotation ideas Debbie! My goals are to lose fat/weight and tone up/slim down. I don't mind building strength if it helps to lose fat, just not sure which method is better for me. So what would you suggest if you want to lose 15 pounds of fat (most of it is on my lower body, legs, hips, butt)?

BTW, I am also doing lots of walking for cardio so I am hoping that will help as well, just not sure how to properly use the Cathe DVDs I have to reach my goals and boost my metabolism.

If the workout has an ab section in it, do that one. Gym Style doesn't have abs so you'll have to find an alternative and do it whenever you can during that week. I usually do my ab training after one of my cardio sessions because I run out of time when lift. If for any reason you don't like the particular ab workout that comes with the workout you are doing, by all means, do another one that you like.

I would start out doing the last two rotation breakdowns. Do that for about 4 weeks and see what results you get. You need to see what your body responds to better - endurance or building. Mine responds better to building but I'll do an endurance rotation about three times a year to change it up a bit. I think you should start with the endurance training first and go from there.

Good luck!
