Ok Trying to come up with some good rotations.
Goal loose about 10lbs and DEFINE AND TONE!!!!! I have a tone of options for cardio: Turbo Fire, Kickboxing, Turbo Jams, Cathe Kickboxing, Treadmill and so on Here is what I have but I can always order something different P90x...husbands I have never done it CLX Slim in Six Cathe: kick punch cruch and legs and glutes Cathe supersets and push pull Jillian banish the fat Jillian 30 day shred Jillian no more trouble zones Jari: ripped to the core Squeeze...I have all three of them:-) P57...have first set. Right now I have a gym membership and have started doing 2 day a week classes then the other days traedmill and core. I'm looking for a great rotation...I can use whatI have or buy something different and get rid of the gym membership. I love variety...get bored easy so love mixing it up:-) For those of you that are great at putting stuff together to get results...would love to hear from you:-) Thanks everyone in advance Tammy |
