Default Hard time following a rotation

I guess I need help creating my own rotation. I find it impossible to do a rotation that created by Cathe or Cathletes. I work three 12 hour days on Monday, tues, and thurs. So here is what my workout routine consists of:

MOn- off
Tues- 20-30 min on elliptical
Wed- full lenght workout
Thurs-20-30 min on elliptical
Friday- full lenght workout
Sat- full lenght workout
Sun- full lenght workout

Right now Im doing STS, so Im doing strenght training Wed, Fri and Sun, and a full lenght cardio on Sat which is easy enough. I would love to through a circuit workout into the mix, but that doesnt work obviously. Once Im done with STS, I sort of want to do January's rotation, but Im not sure how to get it to jive with my schedule. is it okay to jumble around the order of the workouts?

I think you've got great attitude and fortitude to work out on days you're working twelve hours. You can definitely switch workouts around based on your schedule. You could try doing 1/2 hour circuits on days you work and then continue the longer cardio and 1 or two long weight training on your off days. The low impact series has good circuits with lots of premixes in the 1/2 hour range.
