Halfway through Kickbox/cardio week, most of these routines don't last more than 45-50 minutes or burn alot of calories, but Core Crosstrain Kickbox still does, I haven't done it since February, maybe that's why. Some of the others are good for light plyometrics & coordination. Sometimes I think the Firm girls are a little cheerleadery but they do put things together in interesting ways.

I looked over Drill Max drills, trying to decide which parts I would do next week, there is a cardio premix, but against normally alternating weights/cardio/weights/cardio, I'm going with warm up, #1 & #2, stretch for the first two times....then #3 & #4 for the second two....#5 & #6 for the third two times, to learn the whole thing by the end of this rotation.

now don't go calling the rotation police on me....

hey Cathy,

Let me how it goes if you do; this week's a little of a let down, with the exception of KPC, CCKB, & PJ & J, It's supposed to be a kb/cardio week & mostly a change from all Cathe rotations, it just wasn't that much fun, I've been ready to start on the next monthly rotation.

At my level I could still probably do the same video 5 days of the week &
still benefit, sometimes I think I'd like to do that just to really learn them
really good. Like one week all circuits, one all kickbox, one all weights split,
and another all step, is that weird? or what?

Did I say I needed some dedicated leg work? after doing the conditioning drills from Kick Max yesterday, and High Step Circuit for the first time today, I say noooo! Yeah, I felt that!

Liking this rotation and all the newness of C & W, Drill Max, Kick Max & High Step Circuit.

It's a keeper!
