I am currently doing the premixes with the new dvds that I believe Angela put together one day, and it works for me as far as time goes, but I just don't know if I'm getting the results I need.

I was just wondering if you could clear up a question I've had. What is better, or which will have faster results, doing the entire dvd with the cardio and resistance in the same session or doing cardio one day and one part body resistance the next day, such as what I'm doing now:

Cardio
Upper
Cardio
Lower
Cardio
Total Body

Or do the entire dvd with cardio and strength in the same session as Cathe suggested in the rotation she put togeter?

Carrie - I'm sorry, I just seen this question. Haven't been on the rotation forum much lately.

It depends on what your goals are. If you want to build muscle, its better to do one body part a week and cardio on seperate days. If you are looking to define yourself and lose weight or body fat, the combination of both is best (like doing all of Drill Max or all of LIC).

Thank you so much Debbie. I am so glad you saw and were able to answer my question. I definately need to lose body fat (40-50 lbs)before I can build muscle. So I will do the combination of both.
