I got this below from a post probably of about 3 years ago. I can't recall who the original poster was to give them credit, but I do think this is a good one. HTH!


WEEK 1
Sunday rest or pilates/yoga/stretch
Monday cardio, back, legs, abs Power Circuit
Tuesday cardio, chest Step & Intervals
Wednesday legs, abs Leaner Legs
Thursday cardio, shoulders, abs All Step
Friday cardio, biceps, abs Kickbox
Saturday cardio, triceps 10-10-10


WEEK 2
Sunday rest or pilates/yoga/stretch
Monday cardio, back, legs, abs Power Circuit
Tuesday cardio, chest Step & Intervals
Wednesday legs, abs Leaner Legs
Thursday cardio, shoulders, abs All Step
Friday cardio, biceps, abs Kickbox
Saturday cardio, triceps 10-10-10

the second 3 weeks of this rotation is all CTX, you could easily mix it up with the first three weeks of the rotation for more variety, less repetition, I'm enjoying it as it's written, warm up-weights-cardio-stretch. She really has so much packed into this set...
