could you help me with a weekly routine

I have the following videos, now I need some guidence.
Step Fit
Step Works
Pure Strenght chest, shoulders and tricepts
Pure Strength back, biceps and abs
Rhythmic Step
Pyramid Lower Body
Cardio and Weights
Circuit Max
Interval Max I haven't done this yet.

My goal is to have strong muscular arms-not body builder arms but close. I have already lost 12 pounds with your tapes and would like to lose 5 more. I am 5'4" and weigh 132, sometimes 130. I'm interested in having lean legs which I am well on my way to having. I would also like to have a muscular back-again not body builder. Kind of like your back. P.S. I am a chocoholic, I'm sure I could lose the last 5 pounds if I quit eating it but that is an impossible feat, so I will exercise.
Thanks so much for your tapes. By the way I started using your tapes after borrowing Step in Motion from the libary. I really like step in motion.
I get bored doing the same thing over and over again.

You've got a good selection. I'd try doing three cardio and three strength training each week.

Week 1

Day 1 - Step Fit
Day 2 - PS Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Day 3 - Interval Max
Day 4 - PS Back, Biceps and Shoulders
Day 5 - Step Works
Day 6 - Pyramid Lower Body
Day 7 - Rest

Week 2

Day 1 - Circuit Max
Day 2 - Step Works
Day 3 - Cardio and Weights
Day 4 - Rhythmic Step
Day 5 - Pyramid Lower Body
Day 6 - PS Back, Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, Chest

Alternate each week until you get bored with it.
