Of all of the programs I have, these two have given me the best results. And since they are both really different, do you think it would be easy to come up with a rotation? I'm not sure how to incorporate the upper body work, because of all of the push ups in insanity...

Ok since no one want to chime in on that question, how about this:
What if I rotated weeks of Insanity/Chalean?? So I would do the first week of Insanity then the first week of Chalean, etc...? Would that be a good idea?

I would love to have a rotation with the two of these programs also. I have a CLX/Shock Cardio, but not Insanity.
