Has anyone done a cardio only rotation that they enjoyed and would care to share? I feel like I need a month off of lifting.

I am doing mostly cardio right now. I have kept 1 f/b weight work out per week for maintenance purposes. I am not following a set rotation. Basically just a good mix of step and kickbox. I just bought 3 kimberly spreen work outs and they are amazing! Plus I am very into step right now and learning all of the tougher choreography I never had the patience to learn in the past. I'm having a ton of fun with it! Enjoy yours...whatever you decide to do!

Thanks for the reply Wendy. I am feeling a little burnt out and feel like all cardio is the lift I need. I have never done all of the TF or Insanity workouts, so maybe I will alternate those with my Cathes.

I've been doing mainly cardio for the past 2 months. The only strength training I do (so to speak) is yoga and every once in a while I will do a tonique workout. I just got REALLY burnt out from lifting and haven't gotten the drive back yet. Overall nothing has changed except my butt isn't as full as when i did endless squats or lunges but thats ok. I just ordered the new doves bodies workouts which uses light weights and throws in lots of cardio. I'm hoping this will at least get me back to some sort of strengthening but in a different setup then traditional weight training.
