Default Can someone help me create a rotation?

hello everyone, I am new to the forum, I really want to create a good rotation for me, I saw cathe's and I have some videos but not all of them and I do not know which would be good substitutes. Here is the list of videos that I have...

Cardio core circuit
butts and guts
hiit
high step challenge
boot camp/muscle endurance
kick punch crunch/legs and glutes
core max
drill max
body max2
imax2
cardio and weights
muscle max
ab circuit
mma fusion
pyramid upper and lower
lo max
power hour
supersets
tricep and bicep
push pull
chest and back

*the last 6 do not have premixes I recorded them from tv*

Please any help would be wonderful, I saw her intermediate rotation and it looks very do-able for me but I dont have crosstrain or her older videos so I am hoping someone can help me create a rotation from what I have. I want to make the most out of my time and workout so I am hoping a rotation would help me do that.

Thanks!

Hi!
You might need to be more specific about your goals. Do you want to focus on strength training, endurance, weight loss?

Hello, actually I wouldnt mind a little of all three. I would love to be a little more toned then losing weight. although i wouldnt mind losing a couple pounds and my endurance could use work too...so maybe a well rounded rotation, a little bit of everything if that is possible with the dvd's i have. :-)
