Body Blast & Intensity Series

Hi-
Does anyone have an intermediate rotation using both Body Blast & Intensity Series ? I am not as advanced as most of you out there, but I would like to be eventually. Any information would be very much appreciated. Thanks

Hi girls! There are tons of rotations out there. I am guessing you only want to workout 4-5 times per week. I would just run a search for Body Blast and/or Intensity Series and see what you get. Otherwise here is a suggestion....

Body Blast Rotation

Day One: KPC Premix 51 or 52 mins
Day Two: Supersets
Day Three: SJP HI/LO only premix and Abs from KPC (30 mins)
Day Four: Push Pull
Day Five: Step Blast
Day Six: Legs and Glutes Ankle Weight premix (22 mins)
Day Seven: Off

Intensity Rotation

Day One: Imax 2 Intervals 1-5 and C&W abs (40-45 mins)
Day Two: ME 60 mins
Day Three: Cardio Only Premix on C&W (30-40mins)
Day Four: Imax Interval 5-10 and PUB Upper only premix (60 mins)
Day Five: PLB Upper only premix and floor work (40 mins)
Day Six: BootCamp using NO weights on the legs (60 mins)optional day
Day Seven: Off
