Default Any Low Impact High Intensity rotations?

I've tried to do a search but have been unable to find any low impact high intensity rotations which incorporate total body strength as well as cardio. Does such a rotation exist?

bumping... I would really like a low impact rotation right now - I just injured one foot a week ago, and am recovering from that, a month's low impact rotation would be perfect :-)

I think Low Impact High Intensity would be a great rotation!!

Try looking on youtube or bodyrock.tv for some exercise ideas that can be added to days of walking, swimming, etc.

Great idea! I would be interested in a rotation with high intensity low impact cardio and total body weight conditioning as well
