Another Rotation to add to the bunch.....

Hi! I was sitting on my deck today just enjoying the nice weather and came up with a rotation to add to the forum. This is just sortof a "little of everything" rotation, mostly Cathe with a few Slim Series thrown in here and there. It uses some of the IS premixes/bonuses so those without dvd's feel free to modify. Do each mini-rotation for 4 weeks before moving on....

WEEK 1-4
-BC/ME bonus mix
-cardio of choice
-All of C&W
-Rest
-Slim Series (ToIU, MIU, TrIU or SIU do a different one each week)
-IM2 + abs
-PUB + 30" min cardio
-Rest

WEEK 5-8
-PLB + abs
-1/2 CTX UB + 30" min cardio
-cardio of choice + abs
-Rest
-Power Hour
-cardio of choice + abs
-the rest of CTX UB + 30" cardio
-Rest

WEEK 9-12
-PS CST
-cardio of choice + abs
-Circuit Max
-Rest
-cardio of choice + abs
-PS BBA
-SS Firm It Up
-Rest

WEEK 13-16
-S&H Chest, Back
-Cardio
-S&H Legs, Shoulders
-Rest
-Cardio
-S&H Bicep,Tricep
-Cardio
-Rest
