"Almost" 3 total body /4 day cardio 8 week rotation using Cathe's last 4 releases

I remember reading on a thread (last month?) about someone wanting a total body rotation so decided to share mine if anyone would like to try it.
I call it "almost" because some of the workouts aren't labeled as Total Body, but I consider them to be (was going to call this my Not Going to Take Turning 53 in 8 Weeks Lying Down Rotation but decided against it! )
I have done many different rotations in the past but the 3 total body, minimum 3 core/ 4 cardio seems to work best for me.(I am 5'3" with long torso and short legs). I think most days are 45-80 some minutes in length, but shorter premixes could be done.

Week 1)
Mon: Total Body Training Upper
Tues: X-train All Out LIHiiT
Weds: TBT Lower/LIC Challenge
Thurs: CrossFire
Fri: CycleMax
Sat: TurboBarre
Sun: YogaMax or Rest

Week 2)
Mon: High Reps
Tues: Intensity Double Hiit/BC premix
Weds: STS Total Body
Thurs: Low Impact Challenge
Fri: X-train SuperCuts/Core
Sat: Tabatacise
Sun: YogaRelax or Rest

Week 3)
Mon: STS Upper Compound (right after workout) Core/Intensity Step
Tues: Lower Body Blast
Weds: Slide & Glide
Thurs: AfterBurn
Fri: X-train Ride
Sat: Athletic Training
Sun: Yoga or Rest

Week 4)
Mon: X-train Burn Sets-upper body premix
Tues: Cardio Leg Blast/Core 2 premix
Weds: CycleMax
Thurs: ToTheMax
Fri: X-train Legs (premix #3)
Sat: Cardio Super Sets/Weights and Plates Abs
Sun: Yoga or Rest

Week 5)
Mon: X-train Ch/Ba/Sh
Tues: TBTLower/X-train All Out LIHiit
Weds: X-train Bi/Tris/Tabatacise
Thurs: TurboBarre
Fri: HardStrikes
Sat: X-train SuperCuts/Core #2
Sun: Yoga or Rest

Week 6)
Mon: High Reps Upper Premix/Intensity Double Hiit
Tues: High Reps Lower Body Premix /30 min Ride premix
Weds: STS TBT Upper Premix/X-train All Out LIHiit
Thurs: STS TBT Lower Premix/Slide and Glide Cardio/Abs only Premix
Fri: Low Impact Challenge
Sat: AfterBurn
Sun: Yoga or Rest

Week 7)
Mon: X-train BS Upper Body
Tues: X-Train Cardio Leg Blast/Core #2 premix
Weds: Cyclemax
Thurs: To the Max
Fri: Hard Strikes
Sat: X-train SuperCuts
Sun: Yoga or Rest

Week 8)

Weds: Ride

hi renee!
i have (but not recently- and it is hard! i may do a shorter premix depending on my schedule-but it is effective and i feel like i need it now for a boost-getting a little soft;-)
