this will be a 3 day split with weekends off:

WEEK ONE AND THREE:
Monday: Legs & Glutes, Ab choice
Tuesday: PS BBA & 30-45" cardio choice*
Wednesday: PS CST & 30-45" cardio choice*
Thursday: PS L&A
Friday : Boot Camp
Saturday & Sunday: rest or stretch

WEEK TWO AND FOUR:
Monday: Legs & GLutes, Ab Choice
Tuesday: PUB back, biceps and absections only, 30-45"cardio choice
Wednesday: PUB Chest,shoulders Triceps only, 30-45" cardio choice
Thursday: PLB &ab choice
Friday: Step Jump & Pump
Saturday & Sunday: rest or stretch

* CARDIO COULD BE CARDIO FROM TIMESAVER SERIES OR CTX OR PREMIX CARDIO SECTIONS OF ANY CATHE CARDIO WORKOUTS.
