Question 3x full body weight DVDs reco?

Hi all!
I am relatively new to Cathe. Have a few DVDs, just ordered some STS cardio ones. This year I did p90x and insanity mostly. I am planning to purchase some more Cathe DVDs and need help recommending which ones.

I am looking to build out a rotation of 3x cardio and 3x all body weight somewhat similar to p90x/sts; however not being familiar with all Cathe's videos I am not sure which of her DVDs are all body weight training. I will use the STS cardio for cardio rotations.

thank you for your help!

Linda

Hi Linda
For all body or total body weight training, you can choose from:
Muscle Max
Muscle Endurance
Supersets
Push Pull
Power Hour
Maximum Intensity Strength

Linda,
I am highly recommending the sts strength training. If you liked p90, you can not miss with this!

the only thing that I wonder about STS strength is that it is again broken by body parts... what successes have you had with sts strength?
