"get in shape for road-trip" rotation

I'm not totally sure I'm going on the trip yet, but I'm planning on starting a rotation that Cathe posted a long time ago which included the CTX/Pure Strength workouts. I'm going to sub in the Gym Style workouts and probably some of the newer cardios also, but following the same format. I posted this a while back and will bump it up.
