Xtrain Chest,Back and Shoulders Workout Time

XTrain Chest/Back/Shoulders is another heavy weight workout in this series that uses weights slightly lighter than Burn Sets,  but also  has slightly higher rep ranges for each exercise. In this upper body workout Cathe keeps the boredom down by not repeating any exercise.  The workout time of XTrain Chest/Back/Shoulders is as follows: warm up 5:16, workout 42:12, stretch 3:35 – Total Time = 51:18

  • Why is she doing a tricep exercise in the CBS workout? Or is she maybe getting ready to do a pullover rather than a tricep extension?
