Touchdown Squats

Cathe, Cedie and Brenda do a touchdown squat in one of  the STS rehearsals that was held this weekend. Many of the leg routines in STS have been carefully crafted by Cathe to work your Glutes like never before. The crew likes to refer to the Mesocycle #1 lower body routines as “Butts and Guts on Crack”!
