Something Cathe has added to this series is the use of paper plates to really put extra emphasis on working the glutes and lower body. In the picture above Cathe performs a Slide Back Lunge with a pair of dumbbells during an STS rehearsal. You will definitely feel the burn in the glutes with this exercise.
