Along with the new job came 30+ pounds. I went from ~170 lbs to over 200lbs. I felt sluggish all the time. When the pressures of the job eased up a bit, I thought about getting back on the fitness wagon many times, but it just didn’t stick. I started walking on a regular basis, but every time I did, my foot would swell for days (doc thought it could have been gout). I knew I had to make changes.
I was a follower of Cathe on Facebook, and finally purchased a few of her DVDs, then quickly became hooked again. I couldn’t wait to see what the next monthly rotation would be and had a lot of fun with it. I also made healthier food choices and cut back on alcohol, which meant no more swelling of my feet due to gout! I also pre-ordered her Crossfire, then TO THE MAX, DVDs , then XTRAIN.
Before I started XTRAIN, I couldn’t lift as much as Cathe and her crew, but now Iam using the same weightt they are, in some cases, even more! Working out with CATHE DVDs, along with making healthier food choices allowed me to drop to my present weight of 150 lbs – that is quite a way from a high of 204 (could have been higher, I didn’t always allow the doc to weigh me!). Working out with CATHE has allowed me to keep consistent with my workouts, even though sometimes my working hours vary ( due to working with India counterparts). I work out with CATHE daily and am now a true CATHELETE!
Congratulations! and look at those guns – you look great!

You look amazing!! I have the Cathe step aerobics and the step and a stability ball. I just haven’t gotten on a regular workout schedule with them. Seeing you and your story really gets me motivated!
Congratulations for working your way out of a slump; you look incredible! I’m having a bit of a down month, but reading your story and seeing your ripped arms has inspired me to meet with Cathe in my living room this afternoon!
You really do look great! It is hard to work out of a slump. I remember the last time I was in a slump. It is hard to get out of those moments in life sometimes. Keep up the hard work!
