I am wondering if Cathe is going to be selling her version of the “paper plate” she is using in these videos. It looks as though it moves with much more ease than the paper plates I use and I use them on a flat rug because it catches on my basement floor.

cathe you are by far my favorite instructer out the . love your cueing an your fun personality helps me get through the tough workouts.cathe i have always had big arms and i’am afraid if i go heavy with the weights it will make me bulky looking but when i go light with the weights i don’t feel the same intensity.please tell what i can do.
