Low Pulse Split Lunge with Barbell


Today Cathe, Jai, Cedie, Lorraine and Brenda rehearsed the leg workouts for Mesocycle #1 (muscle endurance). We had an excellent STS rehearsal today and everyone really seemed to like the workouts for this section comparing them to Butts & Guts, but even better. Everyone was quite sore by the end of practice, but seemed very happy with these routines!
In the picture above Cathe and the crew perform a Low Pulse Split Lunge with a barbell. Cathe has spent a lot of time tweaking and perfecting the moves in this section eliminating any exercise she felt could be replaced with a better one.
