Just for Fun

At the end of the last rehearsal Cathe, Deazie and Greg decided to have some fun with a One Arm Pushup Showdown. The rehearsals for STS are now finished and we’re gearing up for the filming of STS which will start this weekend. We have an amazing crew that has really worked hard and as a team during the numerous practice sessions. Once filming begins we will be back with more pictures and details about what we feel will become your favorite strength training system – STS!
