Black Bean Salsa Topping

Ingredients

1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 10 oz. bag frozen corn
1 medum tomato, diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 c salsa (mild or medium)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:

Rinse corn under warm water to thaw. Mix all ingredients. Heat and serve over whole wheat pasta, grilled chicken or turkey breast.
