Ingredients
4 cups of fresh berries (I used 2c strawberries, 1c blueberries and 1c blackberries)
1/4c Truvia (or whatever form of stevia you prefer)
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 c plain, fat free Greek yogurt
A few tbsp skim milk or I use plain, unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
Place half of the berries and the stevia in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until the stevia is dissolved (about 3-5min). Place the mixture from the sauce pan in a food processor with the remaining berries and blend until smooth. Place mixture in freezer safe container and stir in lemon juice and Greek yogurt. Cover and place in the freezer, stir the mixture every 30 min for approximately the next 3-4hrs (it will be fairly stiff). Remove from freezer and put back into food processor and blend with milk adding a tbsp at a time until desired consistency. Place back in container to store in freezer.
