Quick and Easy Mexican Salad

Ingredients

1 tsp of taco seasoning
2 cups of already cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
1 can of Black Beans
1 can of Corn
2 cups of Romaine Lettuce
shredded cheese to top
dressing (optional)

Directions:

Mix the first four ingredients in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir often to mix the seasoning evenly. Then once everything is warm top with preferred amount of cheese. Top over lettuce, add dressing if you’d like (but great without any!), and ENJOY this healthy meal!
