Ingredients
1/2 banana, sliced
1 1/2 T. peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 T. raisins
1 T. honey (or to taste)
1 t. cinnamon (or to taste)
2 slices whole wheat or whole grain bread, toasted
Directions:
Toast two slices of whole wheat or multi-grain bread in toaster or toaster oven. Spread peanut butter over one piece of toast. Layer with sliced bananas, raisins, cinnamon and honey. Top with second piece of toast. Can also be served open-faced.
Had this for my post-workout snack today. Went down a treat.
