Ingredients
1 Cup of Vanilla Yogurt
A 1/2 cup of fresh Blueberries
Half of a banana sliced
2-3 fresh Strawberries sliced
1/2 cup of whole grain maple walnut granola or any kind of your choice – low sugar
1 tsp. of golden ground flaxseed (Optional)
Directions:
Get a small wide mouthed glass or bowl and start with a layer of yogurt, then add some granola, 2nd layer of yogurt, add fruit, third layer of yogurt, add some granola, add your last layer of yogurt and add fruit and granola. You can add 1 tsp. of ground flaxseed for extra fiber and nutrition – add it on the bottom so your kids won’t know it’s in there!
*This is filling, it can be divided into two servings*
