Healthy No-Bake Brownie Bites

Ingredients

1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup raw cocoa powder
1/4 cup ground golden flax meal
1 cup vanilla protein powder ( I use Jay Robb) (or use vegan protien powder to make it vegan)
6 packets of stevia
2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions:

Combine almond butter with water. Stir until water blends in. Add remaining ingredients except the coconut. Mix until a cookie dough is formed. Take a spoonful and shape into square brownie bite about 1.5 inch by 1.5 inch. Then roll gently in coconut and chill. A quick way to make something sweet that satisfies a chocolate craving and gives you a healthy dose of protien
Store in airtight container in the fridge.
Makes about 16 snacks. Can be made vegan by substituting whey protein powder for vegan protein powder.
