Fat Burning Chicken BLT

Ingredients

Sklnless Boneless Chicken Breast (organic when possible)
roma tomato
Nitrate free ham, or bacon
Smoked Gouda cheese (raw or organic if possible)
Spinach leaves (instead of lettuce)
sea salt
Black pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 325. Slice chicken breasts in half, leaving the edge connected so you can fold over. Stuff the inside with bacon or ham, spinach, slices of tomato, and organic or raw cheese. (Raw cheese contains CLA which helps burn stored body fat!) Season with sea salt and black pepper, and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Serve with roasted veggies or a side salad! Yum.
