Early Riser Fruity Peanut Butter Oatmeal Parfait

Ingredients

Ingredients: makes (4 servings)
1 and ¼ cups of smart start 0% milk (or water if u prefer, I use smart start 0% because 0 fat with taste of 2% milk & 12 grams of protein per serving)
3/4 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats or quick oats
2 teaspoons stevia or splendor (sugar if u desire)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter room tempature (I use organic naturally more what peanut butter outta be, it has 9 grams protein… but your favorite peanut butter will be just fine)
3 Tablespoons fat-free whipped cream or cool whip
1 cup fresh blueberries (or thawed frozen berries)
1 cup sliced strawberries (about 7 large strawberries)
(add as much fruit as desired really)

Directions:

In a medium saucepan, bring the milk to a high simmer – stirring often so the milk won’t scold. If it begins to boil, reduce temperature immediately.
Add the oats and reduce temperature to a low simmer. Stir in the stevia (or sugar) & the vanilla. Cook for 5 minutes or until you reach your desired consistency – stirring occasionally
Remove from the heat and stir in the Peanut butter & whipped cream or cool whip
Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir
Now create the parfaits:
Take 4 parfait glasses and layer the Peanut Butter oatmeal , blueberries and strawberries in any order you see fit. Serve Warm & Enjoy.
You can even add a Dab of fatfree whip cream on Top, Yum!!!
