Ingredients
1 eggland’s best egg white
1/2 cup of organic rolled oats
1 scoop of Vanilla Whey protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
a bit more stevia to taste
1/8 of a cup of 70% or higher chocolate chips or (cacao chips)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a non-stick baking sheet. Mix all ingredients with spatula and place heaping spoonfuls in the shape of a rounded ball onto sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. I usually get about 6 cookie bites out of this! You can eat them all and it’s like you’re cheating but you’re not because all your portions are just right for a meal! Or you can just have a couple for a snack! Delicious and filling!

What brand of Chocolate do you use?? any suggestions?
Absolutely love this recipe! Have done it twice!!! GREAT for a snack!
I normally use a dairy free, soy free, nut free one called Mega Chunks, by Enjoy Life….they are low in sugar and high in taste!
Make sure you use GF Oats. If you do not use…. you ARE getting Gluten.
