Filming Update – 9/27/2010

Over the weekend we mapped all of the chapter points for each DVD and did the same for all of the premixes on each of the four DVDs. Here are the Premixes that will be included on the new DVDs :

High Reps premixes:

1. Upper Body Only
2. Lower Body Only
3. Full – Upper Body First
4. Full – Lower Body First
5. Scrambled

Intensity Premixes

1.Maximum Intensity
2.Step Only
3.Step + HiiT (Hi) + Boot Camp

STS Total Body premixes:

As long as we don’t encounter any unexpected problems we should be ready to send this project to the duplicator next week. We will continue working on the authoring of the DVDs all this week and making any additional corrections we find as we continue to proof all of the DVDs. We look forward to showing you some video clips from each of the DVDs just as soon as we finish editing.

  • I second that…that runtimes on the premix menu. We all have days when we’re thinking “I have 45 minutes, and I need the most bang for my buck. What looks good?” or “but my (fill in body part here) is still sore from yesterday…”

  • How cool to have all those premixes ! These days I am looking for shorter workouts as my workout time has been slowly moving off my calendar. ;-(
