  • Hi ive seen your wor louts I had trainer she moved I rensentky doing therapy for back fusion .my holf lumbar sine is fused I have lose weight get back in shape w was 14 but back up to 18 now .use be able train three time week I have to knee replacement as qell I want use some i f tape and purchase them but need your reconnection which over all will help me iam in the process of doing a change eating aswell exercises I will stArt out slow do what can with my kitted body mechanics .thank you recommend by my trainer carol Peltier she a certificate trainer Zambia a other ears she moved to maine she has own personal t reainer place in Freeport Cumberland me
