Cardio Supersets Video Clip

Cardio Supersets is very similar in style to another  Low Impact series video – AfterBurn. They differ slightly in intensity and duration, but Cardio Supersets also contains a Rock’n mini step routine that you can either do as a separate workout on days when your short on time or as part of a Premix that combines the main Cardio Supersets routine with the added bonus step program.

This high intensity low impact workout is comprised of unique cardio super sets. Just as you do super sets with weight training, Cardio Supersets follows the same plateau-busting concept. But now instead of  just strength training, its 100% pure low impact cardio  with certainly some major muscle endurance benefits too!

Total Workout time of main program: 41 min 30 sec (Warm-up 5:30, Cardio- 30:59, Stretch 5:01). In addition to the main program a (21 min 17 sec) bonus step routine is included in the Premix section.

  • I’m so excited about this series that I can’t tell you! I ‘m so impressed by the astonishing work Cathe and crew have done!There’s a lot of core work (so no more excuses to skip push-ups and finally my transverus abdomini will get toned again after delivery 🙂 )but what I like most is that there’splenty of compound movements, so that I’ll work all of my body parts efficiently and in every possible directions. I think I’ll benefit greatly from these workouts .

  • I love how these workouts are very “total body cardio”. One of hundred things I love about Cathe is that her workouts are so time-efficient and effective. She does NOT waste time, that’s for sure! She kicks my butt, and fast! I LOVE YOU CATHE…and crew! 🙂

  • Honestly I don’t have bad knees but I hate cardio that involves jumping a lot. Yea you get tired but at the same time I feel like I’m just wasting energy when I should be using it on better ways to burn fat. So this is going to be the workout for me.
